What would your life look like if you could change the things you had control over? Oftentimes life gets overwhelming and we don’t know how to fix it or even know where to start. It may feel like you’ve lost control of your life. Tell me your story and let me help you unravel the tangles. I help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues from the past that have become unmanageable. I can help you find ways to control those thoughts that keep you up at night and other stressful things that you can’t seem to stop thinking about. You are important. It's now time to focus on yourself. Together we can work to help you take back control and find manageability.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will complete a brief introduction and navigate through some questions regarding your past and what you're hoping to accomplish with therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I advocate for those without a voice and provide support to those who need an extra push to believe in themselves. You are not alone and I will be on this journey with you. The healing journey can be difficult, but not impossible.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This method helps the client understand how emotions affect how we think and in turn, impact our behaviors. This is a common method to treat anxiety and depression.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

This is short term therapy that focuses on goal setting and positive changes for the future. This will help you focus on what you can do vs. what you cant.

Daialectical Behavior (DBT)

With this treatment method, I will help you learn the skills: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills and how to apply them in everyday life.
