In our initial session I will provide an explanation of the therapy process and what to expect. We will get to know each other and explore your background, as well as what brings you to therapy. I will conduct a thorough assessment of your behavioral health needs, provide active listening and tell you what you can expect in our next session. I will provide a supportive and encouraging environment to help you begin your journey towards mental wellness.
