Hi, I'm Sydnee! Are you looking to find ways to make life a little easier or learn more about yourself? I work with teens, young adults, and adults to help them grow in areas they struggle the most. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and walking with you through life. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and those in the LGBTQ+ community. In our sessions, I'll always welcome you with kindness, empathy, and a listening ear. Everyone deserves to have a safe place to explore who they are, heal, and become their best self. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will spend our first session getting to know each other and figuring out how we can work together. After that, our sessions are led by you; what's on your mind, what you're struggling with, and what you need from me. I'll teach you new skills to manage daily struggles with occasional homework to help you maintain what you've learned.

I pride myself on meeting you where you are, genuinely listening, and supporting you in whatever way I can. I've worked with many individuals and communities that are used to being unheard or misunderstood. I want to create a space for you that makes you feel heard, accepted, and understood.
