"Know Thyself" Socrates, a philosopher, emphasized the importance of knowing your true self. I am a Licensed Therapist in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Kentucky with over 20 years of counseling experience. You have taken the first step to learn more about yourself and facilitate change. If you are ready to take that step, I invite you to schedule a first-time appointment. You may call +1 (786) 755-1863 or email: reception+Elizabeth14658@growtherapy.com There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't. “Self-care is how you take your power back.” John Green.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. You can also call the following phone # 1 (786) 755-1863 The treatment modalities I utilize are Client-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. In addition, I am certified to treat children and adolescents with anxiety disorders. Together we can work on a treatment plan to address issues in therapy.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. Then, during treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change you. In addition, I utilize Narrative and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am certified to treat children and adolescents with anxiety disorders. Together we can work on a treatment plan to address issues in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my biggest strengths is working with clients with anxiety and depression.
