What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During intake, I will gather some information from you. It may take a few sessions to determine if we are a good fit. If we both agree to continue working together, we can begin to identify some goals. Our work together may be hard and uncomfortable, but as I like to tell my clients, there is no growth without discomfort. I hope that you can leave each session with a little more clarity and confidence.
