LaLisa founded Kingdom Journey to Healing, a program of Generations 1865: Counseling, Consulting and Coaching to empower people to ignite their dreams, unleash their potential and fulfill their purpose by becoming the “best version of yourself” as they heal from trauma, life-limiting beliefs, and deeply rooted family/social barriers and develop their individual identity to build professional (career) identity, social connections (community), and improve relationships with their family and friends (connections) that impact generations to come with healthy families and strong communities. Kingdom Journey to Healing, she provides psychotherapy (counseling), consulting, and life coaching, digital content publishing, online courses and seminars that act as a catalyst for personal empowerment. LaLisa is an alumnus of CSU/Dominquez Hills & CSU/Los Angeles, where she completed her formal education earning a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management. She is also a Certified Christian Life Coach to help build the family of faith as a follower of Jesus Christ. Using the science of social work and psychology and human potential, she provides counseling and education to leading edge entrepreneurs, celebrities, leaders, life coaches, and individuals how to master the power of their mind and create their destiny and live your life purpose to be a change-agent and strengthen and build the community. She currently operates her counseling business in Los Angeles and serves the state as a licensed therapist and provides coaching services worldwide. LaLisa has also collaborated with other authors which such books as Entrepreneurial Women of Faith: Sharing the Scriptures We Use to Keep Us Anchored to, Focused On, and Motivated in Our Businesses (Book 1) and Mothers, Daughters, and Faith (Book 2) as well as Silent No More: Anthology. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, what is working well in your life and identify the life challenges at this time. We will together create your treatment plan which will include how often we meet (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). I utilize the Domains of Wellness as a primary foundation to address the areas of your life to help you maximize your life purpose and fulfillment in your relationships with yourself, your family and friends, and the community.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Clinical Counseling and Therapy Services uses a combination of clinical interventions based on several different therapy modalities. Clients will choose to enroll as an individual, couple (unmarried, engaged, or married), or family.
