You can expect that we will have a course of treatment established early on to help tackle issues in a compassionate and empathic manner. Through talk therapy and at-home exercises between our sessions, I will help you move forward in developing coping strategies. I hope that after a while we will be able to taper off the sessions from regular to occasional, and eventually, you will feel empowered to move on.
