As a therapist, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I work collaboratively with you to identify goals, develop coping strategies, and navigate challenges. My approach draws from various therapeutic techniques, tailored to your unique needs, to promote personal growth, resilience, and well-being. Together, we will work towards understanding yourself better and creating positive changes in your life

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session you can expect for us to begin establishing rapport as we review my practice policies and establish an on-going schedule. We will discuss your goals and expectations and your reasoning for seeking therapy. We will begin working on the assessment where you will be asked questions about your history so I can better understand and address your concerns.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Overall, my strengths lie in providing consistent, accessible, and personalized support to clients seeking guidance and assistance with their mental health and well-being.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve clients who are motivated to explore themselves and make positive changes in their lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, my approach is empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I specialize in working with clients who are open to self-exploration and committed to personal growth, regardless of age, background, or specific challenges. If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

My treatment methods

Strength-Based

Strength-based therapy is an approach that focuses on identifying and building upon the strengths, resources, and resilience of individuals rather than solely focusing on their weaknesses or problems.

Psychodynamic

The psychodynamic approach is a therapeutic framework that focuses on exploring the unconscious mind and its influence on behavior, thoughts, and emotions. We will work together to build rapport, explore unconscious processing, identify defense mechanisms and work through resistance
