My approach is validating, client-centered, and direct to meet your needs and goals. There are no quick fixes but developing life skills can improve your overall well-being. I offer a safe platform where my clients are finally heard and validated. I believe that everyone has truth within themselves to unlock questions and dispose of disbeliefs. I help my clients heal their wounded parts and manage fear of rejection and abandonment through self-compassion and radical acceptance.
I typically use a psychodynamic approach to look at repressed memories to see how past experiences are presently showing up. My approach is warm, empathetic, and validating. Most of my clients will start to see a gradual lift of their symptoms within the first month.

I help my clients regulate their emotions and impulsivity. With DBT, there are a variety of coping skills to regulate emotions including mindfulness practices.
I help my client explore their repressed memories to find ways to heal. We explore childhood experiences to identify patterns.

Arielle is very skilled at listening to your concerns and validating feelings no matter how crazy you may feel. I was encouraged to continue sessions with her because she provides a safe space to sort through my thoughts. I find that I always end up discussing something I did not even know I needed to sort through. She finds effective ways to either comfort me or give me tools to improve my habits and help me build a stronger mindset. No problem is too big or small for Arielle!
