I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, therefore my role is to assist you in working towards solutions that benefit you in the best way possible. My area of focus is working with adults around stress, anxiety and depression. My highest priority as a therapist is to cultivate a space for you as a client to feel safe, supported, and unconditionally accepted. I have been doing therapy for 24 years and am very passionate and committed to supporting others on their healing journey. My clinical approach is person-centered first and foremost, while incorporating cognitive-behavioral and motivational interviewing methods to focus on your goals and motivations, and target what solutions are most effective and appropriate for you. As a licensed clinical social worker and fellow human, I know the importance of telling your story in a safe space; to feel heard, supported, seen, and to allow the courageous process of healing to take place. To grieve, express anger, fear and to celebrate your strengths and personal growth. I look forward to working with you. Best Sabra
