My goal is to get you feeling like your best self. I encourage my clients to seek therapy to build a solid foundation first when possible. Studies report that combining psychotherapy and medication is significantly superior to either treatment alone. As a clinician, I pride myself in not overprescribing medication but also including my client in their individualized treatment plan. As my client, you will feel respected and listened to.
