My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I help clients learn their attachment style, review the positive aspects, address how that attachment style formed, and strengthen their emotional capacity within relationships.

Somatic

I help clients connect to their emotions and identify where in their body it is stored so they can process unresolved feelings and experiences.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I help clients restore their emotional and mental capacity so they can learn to trust themselves and their decisions. Together we address internal conflicts so they can build up their self confidence and feel connected to their sense of self.
