Finding a kink-friendly therapist isn't easy; WE KNOW! Understanding the complexities of your lifestyle is not for the faint of heart. You can't tell just anyone that you love wearing/holding a collar, dressing as another gender, or the sweet smell of a woman's shoes. Or, can you? Being different is not a novel concept; being understood is. Some days, it's difficult to understand yourself, so how could a therapist possibly begin to wade through it all? The complexity only deepens when you can't even discuss these issues with your own partner. The desperation builds. The isolation intensifies. Your online search yields little success... Until now! Come as you are to therapy; you don't have to leave your home. Wear the collar. Own that dress. Use your "footstool". Glam yourself up, be your true "you". With over 18 years of experience working with BDSM, kink, fetish, D/s dynamics, ENM, Poly, and other alternative lifestyles. You know you're entering a safe space without judgment. Call, text, or email to schedule a FREE 20 minute consultation. During that time, we will discuss your specific needs and exactly how I will address them in treatment. You've waited long enough to find a therapist that understands the complexities of kink and alternative lifestyles - don't wait any longer to begin your journey!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Before the first session, you will receive an email with a link to your client portal. This portal contains all the necessary intake paperwork and questionnaires to help me understand more about you and what brings you into therapy. The first session is for reviewing this information together to ensure clarity. After identifying your primary therapy needs, we will discuss how you want to accomplish these goals together. We will review policies and procedures and create a treatment schedule.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Couples & Relationships Individual Therapy Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy Techniques Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) Specializing in stress and anxiety disorders Neurofeedback & Biofeedback Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT)

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I'm a very direct type of clinician; I enjoy conversation. I'm an expert in "sneaking" therapeutic advice and psychoeducation into normal conversation. I've spent the majority of the past 4 years becoming an expert in telehealth services so that I can bring therapy to you, wherever we are. Come as you are, be who you are, and let me help you become who you wish.
