What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning we draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor our approach to each client's unique needs. I prioritize creating a warm and supportive environment for the client. My approach supports wholeness by bringing the client into alignment with their mind, body, and spirit. The first session will be about getting to know you better and assessing your needs in order to create a comfortable and trusting therapeutic environment. Your demographics history will be explore to build a psychosocial picture of who you are and want to become.

I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential in living their best lives. I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those with chronic mental health conditions. My philosophy at is to enter into a therapeutic, authentic environment with each client for the purpose of helping them work through the challenges and to respond in a way that will promote restoration and encourage healing.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is used in session for as a treatment method for many issues clients are facing to include depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self esteem, and many other issues.

Christian Counseling

For clients seeking a more faith-based approach and methods to therapy to include prayer, bible references, and deeper connections to spirituality.

Couples Counseling

Couples sessions to address marital challenges to include being out of alignment, life adjustments, co-parenting, infidelity, sexuality and intimacy, lack of communication skills, disconnect, depression, anger management, etc.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is aimed at helping you to increase your resilience to change. Change unwanted behaviors, emotions, thoughts, and events in your life, as well as accepting the obvious. I teach DBt with a focus on Mindfulness, Emotion regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal SKills.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

This evidence-based is mainly used for the younger adult who seeks self acceptance in learning to accept their emotions and the challenges of life in a way that is proven that thye commit to actions that enrich their lives.
