I have been in practice in the mental health and substance disorders field for 7 years. I have a great deal of experience working with clients who are having difficulties. I bring in experience from other clients to help with guiding a client as well. I work with client to best find what suites them as an approach and firmly believe this is not a one size fits all. I allow client to have the autonomy of their thoughts and feelings in an non-judgmental environment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. In the first session, a range of questions will be ask, as a why for me to learn about you as an individual. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with young professionals for the past 7 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. I work in a non-judgmental, empathetic environment.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I like working with a variety of clients. I like using past experiences as a guide to help when a client is feeling stuck on their path. I work with a client to guide themselves through their own path.
