I am licensed in Texas with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with military families and children going through reintegration processes, understanding new family dynamics, and how to support one another. I have experience working with children and youth who are facing social, academic, and identity concerns. I have experience working with foster and adopted youth who are working through traumatic experiences and are trying to navigate a new normal. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. While in session with me we will get to the root cause of your challenges, you will know that you in control of your journey and I am here to help you arrive at your best decision. There will be work outside of our sessions with routine check-ins. The goal is progress after every session.
