Hello! I'm Karen--but, I'm not "a" Karen!! We all have times in our lives when we need a little help sorting through life's challenges. Sometimes we feel anxious, discouraged, or overwhelmed. I want to be there to help you overcome whatever it is you're going through! I am a strength-focused therapist who will work with you to help you become aware of all the positive things you have going for you. Together, we will work to change the narrative and see life's challenges as opportunities! I know therapy may seem scary, but I truly honor and respect all of my clients--you're doing the right thing--the brave thing--in taking the first step and making an appointment. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

One of the most important aspects of positive mental health is HOPE. My goal is for my clients to leave the session with renewed hope.

My greatest strength is my blend of compassion and challenge. My clients are not happy where they are in life, and I understand and work with them to create goals and move toward achieving those goals.
