I'm a licensed mental health counselor in Virginia, New Hampshire, Florida, and Utah.I specialize in treating a variety of conditions i.e., depression, grief, life transitions, family relationships, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety, and general anxiety. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral, acceptance & commitment and solution-focused therapies. My belief is that therapy should be tailored to a person's individual needs, values and goals and that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths.
