I believe every one has their own unique potential in overcoming adversity. Life is not easy and often times we need support and someone to listen to our fears, hopes, dreams. We sometimes, need a nudge in a certain direction that we can't clearly see. I can help provide that nudge with whatever your are struggling with and provide insight on how to get there. I also do life coaching. Life coaching is different than therapy in that you may need guidance but not have a psychological disorder.

In our first session, we will talk about the specific challenges that you are looking assistance with and develop a plan.
