I have 14 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I believe every one has their own unique potential in overcoming adversity. Life is not easy and often times we need support and someone to listen to our fears, hopes, dreams. We sometimes, need a nudge in a certain direction that we can't clearly see. I can help provide that nudge with whatever your are struggling with and provide insight on how to get there. I look forward to working with you.
In our first session, we will talk about the specific challenges that you are looking assistance with and develop a plan.
I feel my biggest strength as a provider is my ability to listen and empathize with the clients that I serve.
I have experience working with adults and minors ages 4-80. I can help people cope with anxiety, depression, parenting issues, addiction issues, depression and self esteem. I can also help with relationship issues, marital and couple therapy. I also have experience with sexual addictions such as pornography, sex therapy, and extensive behavior management experience with minors as well and am certified in the Nurtured Heart Approach. I do alot of work with trauma (EMDR) and a unique developmental brain map to help organize interventions.
This is used to treat trauma. I have used this extensively along with developmental brain mapping to help treatment of trauma.
This is the most common treatment type. This helps change thoughts and behaviors.
This is used for marriage and couple counseling. I have extensive experience working with couples.
