Are you tired of feeling like you're dealing with your emotions on your own? Having a hard time finding a therapist that “gets it?” Well, look no further! You’ve found someone who’s ready to show up and get stuff done! I believe in the power of laughter, joy, and a sprinkle of fun, even when dealing with serious matters. I’m not your average therapist - this isn’t like what you see on tv - nah, I’ll be real, honest and down-to-earth (and might even cuss a little). I have a special interest in a few populations that make me a little different from others, and I also love working with motivated folks who are ready to get their anxiety and depression under control. Read on to learn more about me and let’s get started!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and go over your wants and needs for therapy. We'll come up with a plan together and goals based on what you feel like you're struggling with and the strengths you bring to the table.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Laughter truly is the best medicine, and I’m here to provide ample doses. I pull from a lot of different treatment methods because I think therapy should fit YOU. Most everyone has heard of CBT, but that doesn’t always mean it’s the right fit. Figuring out your strengths and needs is a priority for me, so let’s do that together!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I work with my specialty populations because I have a personal connection to all of them. I’m a bariatric and chronic illness patient. I am a proud mom to adult non-binary and neurodivergent kiddos. I am also not attached to any religious beliefs. I have additional experience (and enjoy) working with individuals involved in the kink and poly communities as well as sec workers. I know it’s often difficult for individuals to find providers who are willing to support them without judgement, but I’m here to do so with an open heart.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Women with chronic illnesses/pain, Bariatric surgery patients, LGBTQ+, secular/non-religious/religious trauma
