What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your initial counseling session, we'll focus on establishing a comfortable and open environment. We'll start by discussing your reasons for seeking counseling, your goals, and what you hope to gain from our sessions. I'll take the time to get to know you better, asking questions to understand your background, experiences, and concerns. We'll also explore any immediate issues you'd like to address and begin outlining a potential roadmap for our future sessions. This initial meeting serves as a foundation for our therapeutic relationship, where we'll collaborate to create a safe space for growth, exploration, and positive change.
