What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with a brief introduction and then get into what has been going on in your life that brought you to therapy. I will ask questions to help explore how you are feeling and in what ways you would like to feel better.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a combination of several therapeutic models including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I love what I do! I am passionate about helping others feel better. I aim to normalize feelings of anxiety and depression. Talking and working through difficult things can improve how we feel about ourselves and our situation.
