While we absolutely see everyone because we all have the same issues, we have a special place in our hearts for healthcare professionals, wives, women and mom's just trying to survive and young adults trying to navigate this tough world we are currently in. Men tend to enjoy our conversation as well - and I welcome you here. You are safe and allowed to be vulnerable here. I'm your best girlfriend/mom/friend giving you sound non-judgmental guidance and congratulating you along the way! We don't care how you identify as long as you don't lose yourself in the process.
We understand that everyone's journey is unique, and we're committed to meeting you where you are. We look forward to the opportunity to assist you in navigating life's challenges, one step at a time. We can also manage those who have recently been hospitalized and need a provider virtually. I have a strong crisis center background which allows me to also mange those who have been in crisis before and help sure that we don't regress to that level.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
treating anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD, my approach involves utilizing (CBT). A typical treatment plan may include identifying negative thought patterns, challenging them, and learning coping strategies. The benefits you can expect include reduced symptoms, improved mood, enhanced coping skills, and a greater sense of well-being.
Christian Counseling
Always take the patients lead and do not interject my thoughts but help the client navigate based upon Christ.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Understanding that where we are and want to be is based upon the thought that we need to be present and live in the moment.

A belief that some people need someone to help guide and motivate them into their next journey.
