What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I like to make therapy enjoyable. So, I love incorporating various methods and tools. I utilize holistic approaches such as breath work, meditation, journaling, and visualization. Art, media, and music treatment methods are used for clients who prefer a non traditional alternative to talk therapy.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My biggest area strengths focus on minority communities, POC, and some couples. I help those with anxiety, depression, relationships issues, life stressors/ adjustments, and so many more areas of concern.
