Many clients benefit from a compassionate and intuitive approach which I do offer.
First session
The very first session is reserved for intake process which includes going over process of therapy, gathering history of presenting problem what to expect from therapy, informed consent, and setting therapeutic goals.
Strengths
My sessions are collaborative, and I help clients heal from the past, as well as understand themselves better. One of the most common types of feedback I receive is "that's a really good question," and "I do feel a lot better from the sessions."

My experience best suits clients seeking trauma therapy, particularly those experiencing complex trauma or past experiences continuing to impact relationships.
