I am passionate about mental health and wellness and look forward to helping society end the stigma against mental health treatment. I like to use lifestyle modalities such as encouragement of a healthy diet and exercise routine along with psychiatric medications and therapy as needed and warranted. I believe with this combination we can achieve best patient outcomes for various conditions.
Patients will find provider is a good listener, relatable, and easy to talk to. She will educate patient about different medications and explain how they work in the brain. We will come up with a plan of care together and instead of patient just being given the med, they will be given options in order to find the best fit for them.
My biggest strengths are that I truly listen to my patients in a judgement-free and compassionate manner. Their opinions on their treatment plan matter and are considered. I also pride myself on my explanation of treatment and what to expect from medications.
