New clients continue care with this provider

Right now you are probably scared. You know something needs to change, but you don’t know where to start. You don't know if this works and you're at the point where you are afraid that nothing will work. We have all been there, me included. I understand and I do not judge. I have been a clinical therapist for the past 20 years. In my time I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, geriatric patients, and LGBTIQQ individuals. What I have discovered in all my years of practice is that people all want the same things. We want to know that we are loved, valued and respected. I can promise you that when you speak to me you will be the only person that matters. You will not find judgement and you will not find blame. We will work together, at your own pace. I will help you find hope, unwavering support and the motivation to change the things in your life that you feel need to be changed. Together, we can improve your life. I'm here whenever you're ready.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, I hope to just learn about you and your current situation. I understand that this is a strange process, telling a stranger all of your history and pain. Due to that, I never push for additional information if the client does not wish to talk about it.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am personable, patient and understanding. I try to treat every client the way I would wish to be treated. I am patient, flexible and put a lot into my efforts to help my clients reach their therapeutic goals. I invest myself in each and every client and dedicate myself to helping clients improve on their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I don't believe that therapists should have "ideal clients". For one reason, there is no such thing as an ideal person. We all have trials and tribulations to confront. For another, it is my job to make therapy useful to the client, no matter what they need. I do believe that whatever progress is made is due to the client's efforts, not the therapist. But it is my job to assist the client in making that progress.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been using CBT throughout my career. However, I tend to attempt to structure my sessions and approach to meet client needs.
