I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients in GA, NC, SC, VA, DE, UT, AL, and NH, with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and grounded in a holistic view of healing. I support individuals who are seeking not only emotional well-being, but also deeper alignment, meaning, and connection within themselves. While not rooted in any specific religion, I create space for clients who value spirituality as part of their journey. Together, we may explore inner awareness, life transitions, personal growth, and reconnecting with your authentic self. I believe healing involves the mind, body, and spirit—and I’m here to support you in finding balance and wholeness.
During our first session, I will tell you about myself and learn more about you. We will engage in meaningful dialogue to help determine the best way that I can support you moving forward in our sessions together. Although our sessions will be by Telehealth only, I do my best to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment that allows you to feel open and free to share.
My goal is to help others to find TRUE freedom by way of the reaching and obtaining one of the highest vibrations, LOVE – beginning with the love of self. It is my belief that all of us are in control of our lives and have the ability to create the life that we desire. I am very passionate about helping others to find their path and purpose and walking in it confidently, despite life's obstacles.
I am best positioned to support individuals who are seeking deeper self-understanding, healing, and personal growth. Many of my clients feel called to explore their inner world more intentionally—whether that’s through life transitions, relationship challenges, or a desire for greater alignment and purpose. I work especially well with those who value a holistic approach and are open to incorporating spirituality (not religion) into their healing process.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I support clients in becoming more aware of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors; and how they are connected. After becoming more aware, I work with clients to challenge their thoughts to help shift perspective and determine if they are realistic.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
In this type of therapy, I support individuals in learning mindfulness techniques. Mindfulness allows individuals to better learn to live in the present while not allowing the past or future to dictate the present moment. It helps with reducing stress, anxiety and depression. The goal is to honor your thoughts and feelings without judgement while also becoming more self-aware.
Trauma-Focused CBT
I have a lot of training on trauma and its effects on the brain. I use this treatment method to help clients explore triggers, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors associated with their trauma; work to shift perspectives of any irrational thoughts that may interfere with daily life.
