Hello all! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania with years of experience working with individuals who struggle with dual diagnoses and/or severe mental health disorders. Feeling like no one will understand you and that there is no hope for the future can make starting therapy that much harder, but together we can change that. My therapeutic approach is driven by my passion to help future clients learn how to manage their symptoms, how to stand up for themselves, and finally, how to thrive.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will be conducted based upon your comfortability. Whether you would like to just get to know each other or create a plan for treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strenghts as a provider are my passion for quality of care and a collavorative approach with clientele. I hope to create a comfortable and accomdating theraupeatic environment where shame as no place.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I utilize ACT with clients to encourage them to help one's self to continuously grow and change no matter what life throws your way.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT with clients to help them gain self-acceptance and healthy points of view about themselves/their environment.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I utilize DBT with clients to help them gain the skills necessary to create healthier relationships with themselves and with their loved ones.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I utilize mindfulness practices with clients to help them gain emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and self-soothing skills.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I utilize TF-CBT with clients to help them recreate a life based upon their own resilency instead of the life that trauma created for them.
