Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey. I was educated at Rutgers University, and I have been a practicing Social Worker for 25 years. Over the years, I have worked with many people of diverse backgrounds, lifestyles and diagnoses. I often work with people who are living with Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety. I have a passion for helping others to reach their full potential and lead their best lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will introduce ourselves and talk about the challenges you're facing. I'll ask you for some basic background information so I can get to know you better. Also in the first session, we will begin to identify goals for counseling. We will discuss your expectations and questions about therapy as well as any concerns you might have. This would be a good time to talk about any past experiences with counseling. This will help me create a plan for your follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In my 25 years as a professional, I have developed skills to help you identify and challenge limiting beliefs, and a negative self image.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have a passion for working with people who are struggling with Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety. I have worked with people who are going through major life transitions and need help navigating overwhelming changes in life. I provide people with tools to help manage overwhelming situations and the emotions that come with them.
