What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I feel honored to be a small part of each client’s growth, healing, and personal and professional journeys. However, I understand that finding a good fit in a therapist is an essential factor in determining the outcome of care, therefore please feel open to reach out for a free 15 min. consultation call in order to make a decision that is best for you. If you decide I may be a good fit we will schedule a first session. In our initial session, we'll begin with exploring what brought you here and delve into the specific challenges you're encountering. This detailed exploration will serve as the foundation for crafting a goal-oriented, personalized plan that we will refine and implement in subsequent sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, I bring a blend of strengths to our sessions that are rooted in compassion, support, and a focus on your strengths and goals. I approach our work together with a collaborative spirit, valuing your unique experiences and perspectives. My approach is deeply compassionate, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore challenges and discover your inner strengths. Together, we will embark on a journey that is goal-oriented, working towards meaningful and sustainable changes that align with your aspirations and values.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

Utilizing Attachment Theory, we will explore how early relationships with caregivers shape our beliefs, behaviors, and expectations in future relationships as the quality of these early attachments influence our social, emotional, and cognitive development throughout life. Understanding attachment theory and one's attachment style can provide valuable insights into relationship dynamics, personal development, and strategies for improving relationship satisfaction and emotional well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented psychotherapy that focuses on identifying your goals and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. CBT will empower you to develop more adaptive ways of thinking and behaving, leading to improved emotional well-being and enhanced quality of life.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a therapeutic approach that helps you explore and understand your internal dynamics, which are often represented as distinct "parts" within yourself. IFS encourages you to explore and identify these different parts each with its own thoughts, emotions, and motivations. This promotes self-awareness and understanding. IFS therapy offers a structured and compassionate approach to healing and personal development, supporting you in achieving greater emotional well-being and self-acceptance.
