Greetings. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am dedicated to assisting individuals and families facing a range of challenges, providing support and guidance throughout their healing journey. Just as each tree grows in its own way, shaped by its environment and experiences, everyone’s journey is unique and deserves to be heard. I believe that through understanding and support, we can nurture this growth together.
In our first session, you can expect an opportunity for us to get to know each other and ensure we are a good fit. We'll discuss your current challenges, how they are impacting your life, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we will develop a tailored plan to help you move forward and feel "unstuck."
I focus on harnessing each individual’s strengths while incorporating my own approach during sessions. While the process of therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming or intimidating, it ultimately provides relief and fosters progress in your life. Together, we will identify the underlying issues and explore effective resolutions that resonate with you.
I am passionate about working with individuals who are motivated to change and grow. I believe that the human journey, while beautiful, can often present challenges that are difficult to navigate alone. My goal is to help clients feel supported and empowered as they move forward, guiding them in overcoming obstacles and achieving their personal goals.
