I have worked years in high levels of care providing group, family, and individual therapy to adolescents and adults. I have experience training clients in mindfulness and trauma informed meditation. I often work with clients to assist them in creating a stable and calm base from which to explore the difficult aspects of their life. I hope to assist clients to make truly authentic life decisions to find meaning and calm.
We will start to build a collaborative space where you feel comfortable and in control of the process. Starting therapy can be daunting, in the first setting we’ll set the groundwork so you feel prepared.

Worked with clients and groups building skills and adaptive responses utilizing a DBT skills tool kit. Ran DBT skills groups.
