What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, whether working with an individual or a couple, we focus on getting to know each other, understanding your needs and goals for therapy, your challenges, and planning our approach for the following sessions, so that you can feel supported, heard and seen. I believe in integrative care where we find what important to you, and incorporate it into your counseling.
