Hi! If you made it here! So happy you are here. Listen, Life be lifein sometimes and the fact that you are seeking support is the first step to healing and I am glad you are here. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jessica Baity and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been in this field for over eight years and have a true passion for helping others. I grew up in an African-American household where mental health was not talked about or addressed. I was living with a grandmother who had mental health challenges that were not diagnosed was confusing as a child. As well as going through life's hardships that I have overcome has made this career a perfect choice for me. I thrive off the values of love, compassion, inclusion and equality for all. No matter race, gender religious background we are all human at the end of the day and go through human things. I pride myself in creating a safe, no judgmental space for clients to talk, process and discuss any challenges that life may through your way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Please expect it to be a relaxing environment where we kind of talk and get to know each other. This will be a place where you can ask any clarifying questions as well as I can assess they need for treatment. Please think about it like we’re having a conversation we’re just talking and trying to get to know another and her expectations for treatment. The first session will be just assessing questions explaining what the processes look like and establishing a schedule of what treatment will look like moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is creating a safe space that cultivates healing. I am very personable, kind and nuturing. I am understanding, compassionate and honest.
