Every client has different needs and I am open to various therapeutic approaches, but predominately work in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I also have expertise in empathizing with LGBTQ+ individuals respecting all gender identities and sexual orientations. My cultural competence in LGBTQ+ issues enables me to support you through various challenges, including exploring your identity and coming out. I also offer guidance and support to LGBTQ+ individuals grappling with spiritual conflicts. I provide a safe and affirming space for you to navigate these unique challenges, whether you're questioning your beliefs, seeking guidance, or reconciling your identity with your faith.
