I believe that therapy is beneficial to everyone and being in therapy allows you to express yourself in a judgment free environment. I am licensed and trained to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families with varying levels of psychological and relational concerns. My primary therapeutic use is solution-focused counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am here to guide you, advise you, provide strong active listening skills, support, and direct you in finding the solutions to your struggles. My goal is to use my best judgement and experienced clinical skill sets to direct you along your journey I look forward to working with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with clients for the past 9 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used and evidence-based approach in the field of mental health. I will use CBT to work with individuals/couples to understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in various situations. This helps to identify patterns of thinking and behavior that may be contributing to the individual's difficulties'. We will work together to set specific and achievable goals for therapy.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling, also known as couples therapy or marriage counseling, is a form of therapy that helps couples improve their relationship by addressing issues and conflicts that may be causing distress. In practice, couples counseling involves a therapist working with both partners to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen the relationship. I have had experience with couples therapy for 4 years.
