What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The initial sessions consist of building rapport and learning more about the client's background. I prefer to discuss why the client has sought out counseling and begun to set goals. I prefer to set goals with the client that are realistic and reasonable to meet. I discuss goals with the client to ensure they are goals the client feels they can meet. then work through these goals in continuing sessions.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My strengths are proving my clients with a safe and comfortable environment to talk about their struggles. I am empathic to their needs while providing structured therapy that evolves with the client.
