In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Meeting someone for the first time and sharing our inner thoughts and feelings can be terrifying. I can assure you that my goal will be to provide a safe and non-judgmental space so that you can open up about what you are going through. We will get to know each other and explore what strategies we will put in place to address your concerns.

I love working with individuals that are creative, experience emotions intensely but, are misunderstood. My goal is to provide them with tools to help them self-regulate, reach their potential and improve their relationships both professionally and personally. I understand very well perfectionism, performance anxiety and the characteristics of the "imposter syndrome". In therapy we can work together to learn manage these challenges leading to have a more productive and balanced life.
