I have a wide range of experience in mental health which includes working in outpatient/inpatient settings for over fifteen years. I became a therapist because I found myself engrossed in psychology classes and enjoyed being a source of support for friends that were going through things . I look forward to working with individuals to hear their stories, challenges, and successes. As a therapist, I help guide individuals to tap into their strengths, reducing emotional strain, and increasing resiliency.
