Life happens. In the most challenging moments, it helps to have a therapist who is prepared to help you navigate life's challenges with a holistic perspective. I have years of experience helping clients navigate difficult individual, nd couple pressures associated with communication, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflict and grief. At its best, therapy explores the influence of one's mind (thoughts and emotions), body (physical responses) and spirit (sense of meaning and purpose). My approach to therapy is oriented toward the whole self. I journey with clients to discover healthier paths and meaningful life change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received dual masters degrees from Mercer University, a doctorate from Emory University and have been practicing for 16 years. I help adults struggling with life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and personal growth to find a better way forward.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, clarify specific challenges you bring to therapy and explore any life history experiences that might impact the current challenges. Lastly, we're develop therapy goals together and schedule future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My clinical experiences range from work with individuals in therapy to couples therapy premarital/marriage counseling. My clinical training has also emphasized the integration of theological and psychological theory into responsible clinical practice.
