I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Using a blend of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused techniques. I aim to empower my clients to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals. Outside the therapy room, I love spending time being active in my community and quality time with my family.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I know the first step in your journey may bring up anxiety, uncertainty or even second guessing yourself. With that in mind our first session together will be spent getting to know each other and your personal goals for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am flexible and understanding of "life" and believe that all clients deserve to be given respect and effort.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My ideal client is someone who is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. They are curious about understanding themselves better, open to exploring their emotions, and motivated to make meaningful changes in their lives. Whether they're facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, they are willing to engage in the therapeutic process and embrace new perspectives and strategies. My dream clients value a holistic approach to mental health, incorporating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and a strengths-based perspective to foster resilience and personal growth.
