I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Using a blend of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused techniques. I aim to empower my clients to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals. Outside the therapy room, I love spending time being active in my community and quality time with my family.
