I am a well trained psychiatric nurse practitioner who is here to help manage your anxiety. we are going to work as a team and together we can identity what works best you and how to properly manage your diagnose. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After the first session with me client will be able to pick a treatment plan and will try to work on a treatment plan that work best for them. After the session, the client will have a more insight and a better understanding of how to properly manage their diagnoses.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

for treatment method i will start off with the least invasive which is therapy and depending on the severity of the symptoms, i can start off with medication and medication management. for the tools i will be using PHQ-9, GAD-7 and more

i am very compassionate and im always ready to listen to my client. I will take time with each client so i can listen to all of their complains, so i can gather all the information needed.
