Currently accepting new clients via teletherapy.* I am ready to help you! I have been a therapist for 11+ years and my mission is to help you find balance in your life. My specialties include the treatment of relationship issues, substance use, anger management, anxiety and depression for adults. I view therapy through a holistic standpoint, in which I use the mind and the body to help you get to the wellness that you so deserve. I became a therapist because I wanted to help clients navigate the stresses of work and life and make meaningful changes that would improve their mental well-being. At the first session, you can expect a non-judgmental and an easy-going conversation to build up a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely.

As a client, you will be learning tools to reach your goals. You will be exploring yourself and your life in a way to be able to see it from a new and healthier perspective.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I primarily utilize what is called an eclectic approach. This hybrid approach utilizes the traditional cognitive behavioral approaches along with family systems, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and positive approaches like solution focused and narrative therapies.
