Hi there, I'm Lillian. Do you feel pulled in a million directions? Are you concerned you are unable to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it difficult to be kind to yourself? I am able to guide you in building coping skills, identify your mental health goals and connect you to resources. Together, we can get you back to balance and avoid burnout. We'll use a solution focused and CBT approach to address your needs, feelings and reframe your thinking. I also integrate mindfulness and grounding techniques to assist you develop a stronger self. Whether you're dealing with feeling of overwhelm, sadness or consist worry, I'm here to assist you. Seeking therapy can be scary but you're making the right choice. I'll meet you with warmth and empathy and provide you with a nonjudgmental space that you deserve to heal and grow. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I will collect psychosocial information from you to get to know you. I would like to get to know you over the first couple of sessions. We will then work together to create a target goal and create a treatment plan to meet this goal. During our sessions, I like to start with a quick check in, allow you to lead our session and assign weekly homework to support you to get to your goal. I will guide you in building healthy coping skills and provide you with psychoeducation to develop insight on your concerns.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

The treatment methods I utilize are mindfulness techniques, connecting thoughts to feelings and behaviors, challenging negative thoughts, addressing communication skills and setting boundaries. I also utilize positive psychology tools.

I want to ensure my client's I am there for them through their therapeutic journey during every session. I utilize a flexible approach. I understand all client's and their situation's are unique and I treat them as such. I am optimistic things will get better for my clients and want to support build healthy coping skills one can use throughout their life.
