Do you lose it over the smallest things? Is it difficult to shut off your brain at night? Are you not smiling and laughing like you used to? I help individuals manage their anxiety and depression. Together we will use a Cognitive Therapy approach and a Strengths based approach to help identify and dispute your negative thought patterns and to help you find practical solutions for your concerns. Let therapy be a safe space to express your thoughts and feelings so you can genuinely smile again.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we will do brief introductions and then try to cover what challenges you are facing. This will help us create a specific treatment plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is my ability to sense what others are thinking and feeling, show acceptance and be able to understand and identify with other's experiences. I enjoy working with adults with anxiety and depression and mood disorders.
