Do you ever feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious, or have low self-esteem? Does it affect your daily functioning and the relationships around I will help work with you on strengthening relationships, emotional regulation and enhancing social/coping skills. We will work together on this journey of overcoming barriers and empowering yourself in making positive changes. We will use a humanistic approach to therapy that focuses on you as a person and how we can maximize your potential. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy within my work. Together we can build a good therapeutic relationship, identify barriers, and learn new skills to help develop a positive treatment experience that works best for you. I look forward to working with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will take time to get to know one another. We will review your intake information, create your treatment plan and therapy goals as a team and set expectations of one another. This is 100% a partnership...I want you to feel empowered and take ownership in this process.
