Are you in a time of transition and feeling anxious, overwhelmed, alone, or even doubting your decisions? Do you feel stuck in the same cycle of high conflict, poor communication, and lack of connection in your relationships? Or do you find that you have difficulty setting boundaries, juggling the many tasks in your day, and often say "yes" when you really want to say "no" to others? I have over 9 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families going through major life transitions, times of crisis and trauma, marital and relationship difficulties, and those just seeking to feel reconnected with themselves and others. I have an extensive background in working with trauma victims, domestic violence and abuse, and military families but it is my belief that no problem you bring to our session is too large or too small. I'd love to help you on your journey to healing and wholeness.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

It is my priority to create a safe space for healing and you can expect to walk away feeling as if you have a plan of action to accomplish your goals from the very first session. I strive to ensure every session includes action items so that you can walk away confident that you have tools to use to create long-term improvements.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I believe long-term healing requires a holistic and multi-faceted approach that looks at the whole person to include your physical, mental, and spiritual self, as well as the environment that you are in. Although every person's needs are different and every session is customized to your individual needs and goals, I do utilize a trauma informed approach to treatment and have additional training in TF-CBT, DBT, IFS, and ACT.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my experience working with trauma survivors, military members and their families, and survivors of domestic violence and abuse have equipped me to be prepared to assist those who are facing difficulties with life transitions, self-esteem, feeling overwhelmed, or doubting their ability to live a life they find fulfilling.
