Hello. My Name is Eric. Are you feeling tired? Overwhelmed? Anxious? Are your relationships not as good as what you hope they would be? Are you feeling down, and hard to be true to yourself? Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? I help people manage anxiety, depression and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's working well for you, and what can be improved upon in your life so you can find yourself, and achieve your full potential in life. We will utilize a whole body care an approach that addresses the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness into the session to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Whether you're dealing with feelings of being overwhelmed, relationship issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can understand you are not alone, and can learn positive coping skills to manage your feelings that are not allowing you to achieve your full potential. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is in introduction session where I will introduce myself to you. I will explore your reasons for participating in therapy at this time in your life. We will determine if I am the right therapist to meet your needs. We will develop a treatment plan for future sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

During our sessions I will work with you utilizing evidenced based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. With CBT I will help you learn how your thoughts affect your feelings and behaviors. With Solutions Focused Therapy we will explore different solutions that will work for you to improve your overall quality of life, and with motivational interviewing we will explore your motivation for seeking treatment at this time in your life, and continue that motivation through the process of therapy so you benefit from your time in therapy, and improve your overall quality of life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I will confidently set boundaries, communicate ideas, and provide guidance to you. I will listen to you, and provide expert advice. I will go at your pace in therapy, and I will walk you through any struggles that you may encounter in your life during our therapy sessions so you can find a healthier life for yourself. I will provide you with clear guidance and assistance during your therapy time. I will help you feel confident and empowered enough to make positive changes for yourself. I will nurture a relationship where you feel comfortable being open and honest about the positives as well as the negatives in your life. I will accept who you are, and treat you with dignity and respect for being the person you are.
