Hello, my name is Judy, Do you feel you are on a constant treadmill? Always moving, yet not going anywhere? Women today are on the move more than ever before. And with it comes burnout, frustration and a loss of a sense of purpose. Life can become overwhelming. How can you change this state of being and create a life full of joy, and increased focus and productivity with a definite sense of purpose? This can be achieved with a "renewed mind." I have over twenty years of experience providing counseling, coaching and encouragement to women, pre-marital and married couples in various paths of life. In addition to pre-marital and marriage counseling, I also focus on helping women by inspiring and encouraging them to overcome their limiting beliefs and those things holding them back and stagnant. To help them recognize and embrace the gifts and abilities they have within. My goal is to help women realize their passion and potential and provide them with the tools needed to see their passion become a reality.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I feel my areas of strength is my ability to listen and allow the client to express themselves and be an active participant in their healing. I also feel another area of strength is my ability to help clients "connect the dots" of past experiences as far back as the womb to identify how certain events in life affect behaviors they are currently exhibiting that are not serving them in a positive way.
I utilize Biblical principles and precepts in my practice as I believe the Bible is the blueprint for our lives and it provides the answers for the problems we face. I also utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy because it aligns with Biblical principles in that everything starts with a thought. It is when we can understand our thought process, how it shapes and impacts our behavior, is when change can began to take place and we can then choose to take the path to achieve the results we desire in life.
